We study what keeps teams together
Founded in 2018, Filonarevico started with a simple observation: most leadership training ignores how people actually feel at work. So we built something different — online courses grounded in real workplace dynamics, not textbook theory.
Why emotional resilience became our starting point
When teams hit pressure — tight deadlines, unclear direction, restructures — it's rarely strategy that holds them together. It's how people handle uncertainty. We noticed that emotional resilience and soft skills development were consistently underrepresented in formal training, so we put them at the core of everything we teach.
Our curriculum connects leadership in the era of digital transformation with the human side of collaboration. Technology changes fast. How you manage people through that change matters more than which tools you use.
-
Emotional Resilience Training
Practical modules on handling workplace stress, difficult conversations, and team conflict without losing clarity or composure.
-
Balancing Technology and Human Values
Courses explore how leaders can use digital tools effectively while keeping their teams engaged and connected to shared purpose.
-
Motivation That Lasts
We look at what actually sustains team energy over time — not quick fixes, but structural habits and communication patterns that stick.
-
Built for International Teams
Content considers cultural variation in leadership style, communication norms, and motivation — relevant whether your team spans two cities or twelve countries.
How we approach each course
Three principles shape how we design and deliver every programme. Take a closer look at each one.
Cases pulled from actual workplaces
Our scenarios aren't invented for classrooms. They come from real situations — a remote team that stopped communicating after a reorg, a manager who couldn't figure out why a high performer was quietly disengaging. Learners work through these with specific tools, not generic advice.
- Case-based modules updated regularly
- Debrief exercises for reflection
- Multi-industry scenario library
- Guided decision-making practice
You can see where you're improving
Progress in soft skills is notoriously hard to track. We designed structured checkpoints — short reflective assessments, peer observations, and applied assignments — so learners and their managers can see concrete change rather than just completed lessons.
- Competency-mapped checkpoints
- Applied assignments with rubrics
- Manager visibility options
- Downloadable progress summaries
Pacing that respects how people actually learn
Most online courses assume learners are free for 2-hour blocks. They're not. Our modules are designed in 15–25 minute segments that fit into working days. We also account for the fact that people absorb behavioural change slowly — content is spaced so skills have time to be tried before the next concept is introduced. Balancing technology and human values isn't just a topic we teach; it shapes how we deliver the courses themselves.
- Short-form, focussed lesson segments
- Spaced repetition built into curriculum sequence
- Self-paced with optional cohort paths
- Accessible on mobile, tablet, and desktop
